That is what the free estimate is for, and it is the most useful thing we do. A certified arborist looks at the tree’s condition, structure, lean and surroundings, then tells you whether it needs removal, pruning, treatment, or nothing at all this year. You get that answer in writing whether or not you hire us.

Our own crew does the work, led by an ISA-Certified Arborist, with our own equipment including the boom truck. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor you have never met.
Yes. Urban Tree & Landscape is fully licensed and insured and carries MN Tree Care Registry #20190969. Ask for the certificate of insurance and we will send it before the job, not after.
Yes. Winter is often the best time for large removals and structural pruning: the ground is firm, the canopy is bare so the structure is visible, and there is less to damage in the beds. Emergency work runs all year.
Planned work is typically scheduled within days to a couple of weeks depending on the season and the equipment needed. Emergencies are different, call and we respond same-day.
